The Gulf of Corryvreckan is a narrow strait between the islands of Jura and Scarba, in Argyll and Bute, off the west coast of mainland Scotland. It is famous for its strong tidal currents and standing waves.  The whirlpool which forms  at the right state of the tide is the third largest whirlpool in the world. Herein lies the perfect location for whale watching, dolphin spotting, bird watching and discovering the wildlife along this beautiful stretch of coastline.

This watch is inspired by Carla.   Carla born in UK and relocated to Troon, Scotland.  An avid dog lover and fellow West Highland Terrier owner, she strive in enjoying life to the fullest with her unique sense of humour and worldly intelligence.  A stroll to the beach with her dogs, LuLu & Molly sooth her soul and enrich her day.
